Specializing in custom website designs for As Seen On TV products, informational seminars, various lead gens and online retail branding. Created the department's website building guidelines. Streamlined the process for creating mobile versions of all client sites and reduced production time to almost nil. Communicated the department's needs and assisted in developing the company's .NET MVC template used for all sites. Wrote custom jQuery plugins for various features including an easily editable content slider, the department's video template wizard, a multi-thumbnail video player utilizing video.js and countless other custom features that required the use of jQuery. Designed and built a self serve email template generator platform for the media department.

Managed the Kum & Go and White Hen in-house accounts. Directly communicated with clients to match their needs with the company’s services. Worked directly with client's creative agencies to transition artwork from creative to production. Directly oversaw Kum & Go's store rebranding project that included store surveys, extensive project scopes, numerous team & production meetings and first-hand installation experiences. Added to the Sears, The Great Indoors and Kmart accounts for operational expertise. During the 2008 economic crisis, these accounts were part of a small list of profitable accounts within the company. Managed all billing, composed project quotations, and wrote-up project scopes for the production staff to follow and carry-out. Created workflow processes that supported the company-wide lean manufacturing initiatives including converting hard-copy files into digital formats, writing operational standards and shared personal successes with the team.

Managed the White Hen account as an on-site specialist inside the company's headquarters in Oakbrook, IL. Directly communicated with the client and developed a strong relationship that extended the account into the 7-11 buyout of White Hen. Managed the client's POP signage needs. Directly communicated with the client's 200+ franchisees, surveyed all 220 locations and provided quality data for the client. Operated a large-format, HP digital printer, for one-off printing and performed all pre-press duties including design & layout and prepared it for in-store installation. Provided project quotations, carried out all billing, and handled all invoice inquiries between client, franchisees and the company.

Created, developed and creatively ran an independent, college publication. Managed 10 volunteers who assisted with the creation of content and distribution of over 10,000 copies per issue. Solicited local businesses for ad space to help fund the publication. Designed all page layouts, ads and other creative fillers for every issue. Assisted with the development of the publication's website. Coordinated publicity events to create awareness and gain feedback of the publication’s popularity, relevance, exposure & readership.
